I’ve had bad experiences with pushy salespeople in the past, will you be the same?
Never, we understand that you are inviting us into your home. We don’t cold call, we don’t knock on doors and we certainly don’t use pressure
sales techniques or employ pushy salespeople. Plus our quotations are valid for four weeks to give you a chance to consider your purchase.
Do you ultrasonically weld or glue your vertical blind pockets?
No, we want your blinds to last so we always stitch vertical blind pockets, we never use glue and will only
ultrasonically weld some PVC fabrics.
Are your blinds guaranteed?
Yes, unless otherwise stated, all of our made to measure blinds are covered by a 10 year guarantee.
Do you sell blackout blinds?
We have a wide selection of blackout fabrics in our Roller, Vertical and Pleated blind ranges including designs suitable for children's bedrooms.
And all of our Roman blinds and Curtains are available with blackout linings.
Can I return my window blinds after I have ordered them?
All of the made to measure blinds and curtains we supply are made to your individual specifications and unfortunately once an order has been
placed we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with your blinds.
How long will it take for my window blinds to arrive?
Your blinds will normally be ready in around 7-10 working days, however sometimes there may be unforeseen
circumstances which could result in a small delay. We will of course keep you informed should there be any delays with
you order.
Do your Roller blinds have a bottom bar?
Yes they do which is made of plastic but sometimes we use an aluminium bar depending on the weight of the fabric,
and we always use a no-sew wrap around bottom bar to avoid those unsightly stitch lines that you can find on some
roller blinds.
